Mobile 500KG Wood Pellet Plant

500kg wood pellet plant, also known as portable pellet plant, is used to process wood chips, tree branches, sawdust and other agricultural biomass materials into biomass pellets to satisfy the use of heating source or animal bedding. It is featured by low cost, simple operation, low energy consumption and flexible working places, which is popular.

Small 500kg wood pellet plant

The pellet line is mainly consist of wood crusher, dryer, pellet mill, cooler and packing machine. You can choose the machines according to your needs.

1. Wood crusher

1). It can crush wood and straw etc. to sawdust.

2). Adopt knife cutting and high speed gas shock to finish the crush.

3). The diameter of wood should be less than 15cm.

4). The diameter of crushed sawdust is ≤3mm. 

2. Airflow dryer

1). The dryer is mainly consist of heating device, feeding device, airflow drying pipe, blower etc. 

2). After drying, a part of sawdust will be collected by duster to ensure cycling.

3). It is clear when drying and fast working speed.

4). The moisture of raw material should be less than 40%.

3. Pellet machine

1). Pellets can be made from any type of agro-forestry waste. Including but not limited to wood, hay, grass etc. And the crude fiber content in raw material can reach above 70%.
2). It can feed material to pelletizing chamber smoothly and evenly just depending on the material’s own weight.
3). We adopts flat die static and roller rotary, to greatly decrease friction between flat die and roller and increase their working life.

4). It can produce biomass pellets, animal pellets and fertilizer pellets.
5). It is possible to view into the chamber when pelletizing, so that you can solve any problem in time.

4. Contraflow cooler

Wood pellets discharged from pellet machine are with high moisture content and temperature; therefore, a cooler is necessary to low down the pellet temperature for safe storage or transportation in case of mildew. The horizontal type wood pellet cooler combines the functions of cooling and sieving. Therefore, Wood powder or incompetent pellets can be sieved out when cooling, which makes combined pellet cooler a welcome cooling equipment in small or medium scale wood pellet production. If you prefer large capacity wood pellet cooling, counter flow pellet cooler is no doubt an ideal choice.

6. Electric Cabinet
